The Role The successful candidate will lead the Interaction Design team with their own Interaction Design across all accounts
Key Responsibilities - Lead Interaction Design activities and research-based design practice at a project level.
- Explain, discuss, and justify design decisions - Give effective feedback and direction to other team members.
- Help to evolve the Interaction Design practice, pulling in state of the art methods from external and internal expertise.
- Frame design solutions and explain thinking and rationale in a compelling way.
The Candidate We're looking for someone with a great knowledge and experience of driving and applying user-centered design process.
Skills & Qualifications - Over 7 years of experience in user-centered design
- Over 4 years of leadership/management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
