General Scope:
As Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for developing a product strategy to increase profitability and efficiency of DOTW’s Non-Accommodation Product. Trough deep understanding of the segment and you will work closely with the commercial teams, Regional Product Teams and DOTW stakeholders and ensure all business requirements are covered to increase sales and profit of non-accommodation product.
You will consult internal and external development teams, on future system enhancements and apply your deep knowledge of the industry to identify additional revenue generating opportunities and develop strategic partnership with supplier.
Key Responsibilities: Account Management
Develop a strong relationship with existing Non-Accommodation Suppliers and identify opportunities to increase sales revenue.
Identify and develop new potential Non-Accommodation Suppliers supplier relationships, qualify their potential and drive the negotiation of contracts in the best interest for DOTW while liaising with regional Product Teams.
Lead Marketing efforts with different partners to increase knowledge of partnerships in key markets.
Product Management
Develop the product strategy globally through a deep understanding of our customer needs in the source markets. Develop an understanding of specific product requirements across different distribution channels, through market research, competitor analysis and technical developments.
Work closely with Regional Managing Directors to develop a global view of product requirements. In addition, work with the Regional Sales teams to ensure that, based on data and market intelligence, the appropriate areas are targeted and the right content is brought live with priority.
Monitor and Analyze current available Product and identify opportunities to increase Sales and Product Coverage. Coordinate with local Contracting Teams and global suppliers to contract missing product.
Identify and review Internal business process and lead system or process improvement efforts if required.
Keep close contact with Customer Service and Operation Teams to gather feedback on operational side.
Analyze weekly and monthly reports, identify trends and patterns in business performance to optimize partner relationships and make necessary forecast and yielding decisions to benefit the company.
Process Management
Plan, manage and control project schedules and ensure deliverable to schedule, using formal scheduling and project management methodologies. Ensure that project team members have a clear understanding of tasks, risks, expectations and issues.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop a deep understanding of DOTW’s Non-Accommodation Suppliers, identify gaps in core product functionality and help build right set of features to optimize the area.
Communicate proactively with Key DOTW stakeholder and Product / Sales Teams and make sure that processes and functionalities are well documented and shared.
Increase partner satisfaction by working with customer support team, review customer complaint resolution and trouble shoot in case of escalation.
Perform regular training sessions and activities to increase general knowledge within DOTW on non-accommodation product and processes.

Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 3 years travel industry experience
Understanding of the B2B travel industry
Deep understanding and experience in the Non-Accommodation Product sector required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office application (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
Ability to use and manipulate large and complex sets of data to model outcomes, see trends and make recommendations based on these.
