General Scope:
The Customer Optimization Manager is responsible to maximize profitability and efficiency of DOTW’s Customers. This extends from auditing customer traffic and production to optimizing search and booking patterns.
The Customer Optimization Manager will have a deep knowledge and understanding of DOTW`s distribution and will develop and execute a solid strategy to optimize Look2Book ratios and maximize sales and revenue.
Key Responsibilities: Restriction and Channel Management
Enforce DOTW`s distribution strategy through a deep understanding of our customer requirements across all distribution channels,
Liaise with Sales Managers and Supplier Relationship Managers to align strategies and identify opportunities to increase Sales.
Liaise with Regional Product Teams and ensure DOTW product is distributed correctly to the allowed customer type.
Review and analyze customer search and booking statistics by supplier channel to maximize revenue and suggest future product and sales related optimizations.
Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum Return per Search (RPS) and improve current Look to Book (L2B) ratios.
Manage search targets, research and implement search optimization recommendations for individual customers, per hotel, destination and country level. In addition, suggest strategies for the various supplier channels DOTW.
Research and analyze competitors’ RPS and L2B ratios.
Work with the Sales teams worldwide to ensure RPS best practices are properly implemented for top customers and link company overall performance to a more price efficient strategy.

Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 2 years travel industry experience
Understanding of the travel industry - distribution and supplier channels
Technical understanding of Travel industry and B2B distribution
Proficiency in Microsoft Office application (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
Ability to use and manipulate large and complex sets of data to model outcomes, see trends and make recommendations based on these.
