We are now recruiting for a Principal M&A Manager for a multinational IT/Fintech client in UAE.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Identify opportunities in line with agreed strategy
- Make/support initial contact as appropriate
- Lead negotiations
- Research and prepare business cases for approval
- Manage due diligence process
- Manage deal execution
QUALIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- 7+ years mergers and acquisition experience in a Private Equity Firm, Venture Capital or investment bank
- Proven track record of transaction execution
- Expertise of M&A and deal structuring
- Experience of running and closing deals end to end
- Business degree or equivalent experience, preferably in engineering or business administration (bachelor level)
- Robust technical skills, financial literacy required
- Experience in emerging markets and/or Fintech will be an asset
- Exposure to entrepreneurial, fast-paced and fast growth companies
