Description Plan, design, prepare and run user research activities to support design, development and improvement of production of reports and case studiesWork on multiple research projects and publications simultaneouslyDevelop suitable graphical representations for research reports and presentationsIdentify key areas of problems and deliver extensive data driven solutionsWork closely with analytics colleagues, designers, developers to turn user research findings into stories and actions that lead to valuable product and service featuresPlan, design and conduct in-house user research to support the design and development of government servicesMonitor and collect market leading industrial and logistics dataLead on test and research moderation, analysis and generation of outputs
Profile A minimum of 4 years of work experience with a strong data analysis and project management background along with some prior client exposure or presentation experienceBA/BS in social sciences, market research, statistics marketing or economicsExperience in analysing large amounts of information and developing business recommendationsPossess strong quantitative, data tabulation and analytic skillsPossess a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy of analysisStrong interpersonal skills, highly motivated, strong orientation toward client relationshipsExcellent oral communication and writing skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and SPSS
