Project Manager
Dream Inn Dubai, most luxurious collection of Holiday Homes Apartments in Dubai, is hiring Project Manager to oversee the implementation of renovation and construction initiatives and project deliverables of Dream Inn’s portfolio of properties.

Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for implementation of renovation initiatives and project deliverables across all Dream Inn properties;
- Liaise with different departments in addressing Quality issues and support effective implementation of project enhancements;
- Responsible for controlling project supplies, reviewing renovation/construction work, and developing budgets and proposals for the organization’s plan;
- Monitor and conduct frequent, comprehensive reviews of the renovation's progress to check up on communication, schedule, cost-control and work force deliverables;
- Review the design, or suggest redesigning, of the properties’ interior if needed, in coordination with the designer and with prior approval from the Director of Operations;
- Handle all issues relevant to engineering, and design and decorating;
- Control the entire property renovation or construction from the blueprints to the completed output;
- Create material quotes, manage procurement, and supplier coordination;
- Research, identify, and maintain a roster of trusted vendors and suppliers;
- Take part in planning, schematic designing, design development, renovation implementation, and documentation;
- Keep records and proper documentation of all relevant files under job description;
- Perform other relevant tasks as needed and/or requested by the management.
Qualifications: - At least 2 years’ experience in similar position
- Hotelier background is a must
- Must be available to work weekday and weekend shifts as required
- Must be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- UAE driving license is required
