- Create designs and layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
- Produce design, technical drawing and 3D designs for exhibitions stands, events and weddings.
- Prepare notes and instructions for workers who assemble and prepare final layouts for interior work or exhibitions stands.
- Use computer software to generate new designs.
- Coordinate with TS Administrator for preparing production proposal.
- Draw and print charts, graphs, illustrations, and graphics schedule for print production.
- Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
- Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, discussing them with clients and/or supervisors and making necessary changes
- Prepare illustrations and photographs to plan presentation of materials, products, or services.
- Prepare exhibitions presentations, drawings, perspectives views, and mood boards to describe project.
- Prepare notes and instructions for workers who assemble and prepare final layouts for exhibitions stands.
- Archive and name files accurately to ensure projects and libraries are current and organizer.
- Work with Estimator to produce accurate project BOQ.
- Research Industry standards and suggest implementation of current trends
- Prepare collateral and catalogues of internal inventor, furniture, and AV inventory.
- Develop creative designs, which accurately respond to briefs and client's requirements, ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in preparing for signage and graphics, which is part of event services.
- Liaise with internal and external production suppliers.
- Liaise with Fabrication to ensure build is realistic.
- Assist in over view and inspection of Ensure delivery is met.
Skills - Must have 3-5 years scenic, event, architectural, retail, theatrical or broadcast design experience.
