My client is combining private sector technology and innovation to improve the overall operational efficiency of the public-sector services in the field of healthcare, enabling the quick adoption of digital health platforms in the Abu Dhabi Emirate and making the overall sector more competitive over the long-term. This design and deployment will be support the achievement of key performance indicators for many of our strategic priorities, including:

We are working on a large project with over 50 positions to be filled in the next few months and require experienced Digital, IT and Healthcare professionals to help shape, mould and deliver this 5 year initiative to create the first ever Health Information Exchange in Abu Dhabi.

• Manage highly complex IT security projects, to ensure the safety of the HIE's assets and information systems from intentional or inadvertent modification, disclosure, or destruction.
• Develop processes, procedures and standards to promote consistency of security products and services.
• Develop and support security schemes to ensure data compliance with client and security standards
• Audit procedures and production system configurations to ensure full compliance with approved policies.
• Manage and deliver high performance services in a 24/7 enterprise, review of internal and external security infrastructure requirements, perform timely operational and technical assurance readiness, evaluate technology, coach and mentor, produce service improvements, and to develop standards that meets contracted SLA's.
• Drives problems to resolution, handle multiple complex issues simultaneously while effectively communicate and engage high level technical peers.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations of security systems/applications to determine effectiveness, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
• Define and execute systems maintenance activities to proactively manage reliability and service expectations.
• Plan software installations and software upgrades, apply corrective maintenance, evaluate system performance, perform capacity management, take action based on incident reports and ensure system compliance
• Review and monitor alerts from the Security Systems, Confirm completion of security alert requests according to established service levels, verify solution fulfilment of initial problem, and finalize/close all request documentation.
• Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of IT Security professionals to ensure that security activities are completed accurately and timely.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to develop skills, and to improve performance of employees and peers.

REQUIREMENTS

What you'll need to succeed:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a relevant field.
• CISSP, CISA CISM, SABSA TOGAF, CCIE or equivalent certificates
• Proficient in ITIL framework and processes 10 -12 years' experience in relevant field
• Experienced with large-scale security implementations Advance experience in security designs, configurations, and support concepts. ? Advanced understanding of security services portfolio, security architecture
• Expertise in using various monitoring, management, and capacity planning tools
• Advanced understanding of troubleshooting methodologies, steps, and tools
• Expertise troubleshooting skills, Ability to design and implement complex solutions
• Expertise knowledge in MSS operations , managed firewall, IDS, IPS, content filtering, antivirus technology, mail gateways, & Identify management and SIEM.
• Control implementation experience to Identify, select and implement appropriate controls. Evaluate the effectiveness of the control measures.
• Detection and trend analysis expertise to support chronic performance tasks, expertise in using vulnerability assessment tools.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior analysts focused on technical and soft skill sets Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills and the ability to collaborate well in a dynamic team environment.
• Advanced understanding of common network and host-based attacks, attack methods, defense architectures, and security tools
• Extensive experience with Three or more of the following: o Vulnerability Management o Threat intl. Management o Data base security o Scripting language. o Application Security
• Expertise skills with multiple platforms of SIEM technologies
• Leading SIEM projects, design, deployment and service provisioning.
• Advanced understanding of threat intelligence management, integration, platforms and portals.
• Advanced understanding of security services portfolio, security architecture.
• Advanced understanding of threat hunting and UEBA analytics.
• Advanced monitoring experience of security tools like, IPS, Anti-virus, firewalls, proxies.
• Has experience on developing advanced threat-driven use cases and cyber scenarios.
• Expertise with common vulnerability management tools.
• Experience with enterprise anti-virus solutions, virus outbreak management, and the ability to differentiate virus activity from directed attack patterns.
• Scripting skills (e.g. Python and shell scripting)
