Key Responsibilities: Assist Executive Director and RM's in evaluation of opportunities.Effective interaction with clients and investors to understand their needsPreparation of high quality pitches, marketing and other transaction related documents, including but not limited to Simple and Complex Financial Models, Information Memorandums, Teasers, Industry Studies, Deal Pipeline and Client Status Reports, Confidentiality Agreements, Engagement Letters, etc.Supervise and guide team members - VPs, AVPs, InternsStrictly follow compliance procedures (KYC requirements) and ensure risk documents (e.g. RAF, World check etc.) and IB system are up to date.
