Job Description: Deliver budgeted volume and revenue from existing and new customer base with the agreed KPI
Retain and nurture portfolio: Deliver on agreed portfolio growth, cross sell targets and cross sell ratio's
Ensure agreed customer service standards are adhered to at all times.
Pro-actively work on ways to enhance the customer service experience.
Assist Line manager with developing campaigns designed to achieve financial targets
Pro-actively call on Clients and promptly respond to their calls in order to negotiate and finalize business deals within the targeted turnaround time
Source Business accounts and other SME products to the specified target customers/segments and meet monthly sales target
Ensure portfolio quality by exercising sound credit judgement and complying with credit, Shariah and product parameters.
Skills Over all 2-3 year experience of banking is a must and should currently be in a similar roles for at least 1-2 year
Hand on experience and complete understanding of SME Business Banking Liabilities Business
