They are hiring for a Sales and Operations Manager to join their team in Dubai, UAE. This is a leadership position reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. This role will require an experienced S&OP / SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operational Planning) leader to facilitate and drive results in a fast paced and demanding growth environment, leveraging his/her strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
REQUIREMENTS The position requires the candidate to have hands on experience in implementing a world class Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning process across the enterprise to improve customer satisfaction, profitability, inventory turns and working capital.
Applicant will require a minimum of 3+ years in implementing SIOP within the Food and Beverage industry. The successful candidate will be experienced in the develop, leading and executing S&OP strategy. The candidate must speak English and Arabic fluently.
