My client one of the leading banks in UAE is looking for a Collections Strategy Manager to join their team.
Title: Collections Strategy Manager
Reporting to: Head of Analytics & Retail Policy
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job type: Permanent
Responsibilities: To design and develop Collection Strategies across Collection buckets to Improve Collections Performance.
Design campaigns and advise on which bucket to focus on. Ensure that the strategies are implemented adequately to get optimum results and measure the results against expectations.
Segmentation analysis to be conducted using analytical tools like SAS and strategies for each segments to be deployed across buckets.
Apprising senior management with Portfolio performance on a quarterly basis. Highlight and recommend areas of concern or scope of business enhancements.
Experience: Graduate of Engineering, Finance, Banking or equivalent
Excellent skills of working with SAS
Excellent analytical skills and deductive approach for Credit MIS analysis
6-8 years total job experience and 5-6 years of experience in banking/financial services.
