Our client is a multinational company and a global supplier of a consumer product within FMCG. Headquartered in the Europe, this company has large operations worldwide.
They are hiring for a Key Account Manager to join their new team in Dubai, UAE. This candidate will be reporting directly to the Country Manager and be responsible for developing the sales and the brand reputation in the MENA region. The position requires the candidate to drive the development and optimization of the sales strategy both on a macro level i.e. customer segmentation and on a micro level by optimizing sales routes and conducting customer visits on a frequent basis. The role will require the candidate to have hands on experience in producing customer business plans, forecasts and sales plans - at customer and country level. The candidate will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing consumer sales and stock data.
REQUIREMENTS Applicant will require a minimum of 5 years in the FMCG industry . The successful candidate will be experienced in key account management within a retail/consumer sector. The candidate should have direct experience with handling distributors. The candidate must also speak English and Arabic fluently, French would be a plus.
