The main responsibilities of this role is to support the compliance strategy and global plans related to compliance and to work closely with the international compliance teams to deliver a strong and integrated compliance program.

REQUIREMENTS Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Master's or Law degree is a plus.
- At least 10 years' experience in financial industry with 7 years in compliance ideally in investment banking.
- Excellent understanding of international Compliance and regulations.
- Having worked in Europe or Asia or worked with the regulators in those markets.
- Excellent project management skills.
