Commercial disputes lawyer - Dubai, UAE
I am currently working with a top tier international law firm who are looking to add a junior commercial disputes lawyer to their team in Dubai.
The work on offer will comprise of a mix of international arbitration and DIFC litigation (based on the common law of England & Wales) in a variety of sectors that include TMT, employment, construction, real estate and banking.
Requirements: - NQ - 1 year PQE
- Candidates who are due to qualify in the coming months are encouraged to apply if they have done more than 1 contentious seat during their training contract
- A genuine interest in handling cross border contentious work
Lawyers based outside the UAE practicing commercial litigation in a common law jurisdiction are encouraged to apply.
