Job Title: Usability Manager
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Organization: Banking Group
Purpose: This position is a part of the existing Digital Office where the incumbent will be involved with working in various Human Centered Design methodologies.
He/she leads the evaluation of experiences to ensure they enable users achieve their goals.
Deliverables:
Develop a usability test plan for a product or service. This includes setting outcomes, metrics, participant criteria, data collection techniques, usability lab tools and practices, accessibility standards, etc.
Lead the creation of usability lab as a strategic facility for testing and observation.
Instill best practices for usability, by providing guidance on how to meet usability requirements, conduct tests and collect data to create recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate and conduct moderated/nonmoderated usability evaluations, both inperson and remote for rapid iterative prototype testing and full-scale benchmarking on apps/sites in production.
Build recommendations and insights based on a solid foundation and understanding of usability metrics in areas of effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction.
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and delivery teams.
Education and Qualifications: BA degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology or related field
Hands on applicable experience is more important than the degree
Minimum 6 years of experience in the related field
