My client is combining private sector technology and innovation to improve the overall operational efficiency of the public-sector services in the field of healthcare, enabling the quick adoption of digital health platforms in the Abu Dhabi Emirate and making the overall sector more competitive over the long-term. This design and deployment will be supporting the achievement of key performance indicators for many of our strategic priorities, including:
- Integrated continuum of care for individuals
- Driving quality and safety as well as patient experience
- Emergency preparedness
- Wellness & prevention
- Ensuring value for money and sustainability of healthcare spend
- Attract / retain / train workforce
We are working on a large project with over 50 positions to be filled in the next few months and require experienced Digital, IT and Healthcare professionals to help shape, mold and deliver this 5 year initiative in Abu Dhabi.
REQUIREMENTS We are interested in any candidates who have worked in Digital Healthcare initiatives, HIE's, ideally from National Health Services with digital and established processes who are working to cutting edge, leading ways of innovation and improvement in Healthcare Services across the globe.
The VP of Policy and Compliance ensures that the Board of Directors, management, staff employees, and contracted vendors are in compliance with the rules and regulations of applicable UAE law, that organisation policies and procedures are being followed, all applicable contractual agreements are being complied with from an HIE organisational perspective, and that behaviour in the organisation meets the organisations Standards of Conduct.
This role is also responsible for conducting regular audits of the organisation and its processes, as well as investigations of privacy and compliance violations while working closely with the IT Security Officer and Legal Counsel.
The IT Security Officer will report to this position.
