Responsibilities * Provide legal advice and support to the business * Collaborate with the Head of Legal to establish legal policies * Draft, review and negotiate contracts & other legal documents * Liaise with external authorities

Skills

• Must be 5+ PQE
• Must be Common Law qualified
• Must have experience working in a leading bank or law firm
• Must have experience working in transactional banking
• Must have excellent drafting and technical skills
• Ideally be based in the region
