Responsibilities: Ownership of the consolidated program plan and individual project plans
Ownership of the consolidated impediments, dependencies, risks, issues and actions logs
Ownership of program budget and finances with support from ITO Finance Team
Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
Coordinate cross-project activities
Actively drive delivery and dependencies to meet deadlines, budgets and activities
Effectively apply change, risk and resource management
Skills Strong experience in project management
Understanding IT environment
5+ years' experience as a Project Manager
5+ years' experience in Transformation Programs (Lean Transformation, Operational Excellence, Continuous Service/Process Improvement etc.)
Experience working in an Lean/Agile / Kanban environment
Lead Transformation program (project management capability)
Personal impact in terms of influencing, coaching and communication skills
Ability to blend maturity with willingness to roll up the sleeves as and when required
Project Management certification (PMI or PRINCE2)
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (min) from Banking Industry
