Responsibilities: Planning and approach for the projects (waves) as per the schedule
Coach and Train IT Managers and Senior Managers on Lean Concepts
Coach and Train IT SMEs on Lean Concepts and Tools
Training IT Lean Navigators on Lean Concepts, Tools and practical implementation
Provide training material and ongoing reference material for Lean Training.
Communications strategy and approach for the lean transformation
Communication plans and material in place at the appropriate times
Definition of key messages according to audience and ongoing delivery of these.
Set up continuous improvement model in Group IT defining organization, roles and responsibilities and tools
Monitor and ensure effectiveness
Skills Experience implementing Lean in IT organization or service organizations or Ops/Manufacturing environment (with IT knowledge)
Ability to lead and sustain large change management program (Project Management capability)
Ability to blend maturity with willingness to roll up the sleeves as and when required
Analytical Thinking, Ability to influence others, leadership, Achievement Orientation, Innovative, Excellent written and verbal communication
Program management capabilities
Ability to work across organization at all levels
Strong communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Structured thinking
Ability to work on multiple activities at the same time
Experience of at least 4 successful implementations of Lean
Expert in Lean methodologies, practices, approach and tool set
IT Governance, application development and maintenance and IT Infrastructure processes
Understanding of ITIL/COBIT and SDLC processes
Financial Services knowledge
3+ years experience in IT
2 - 4 years of Management consulting experience
IT based degree, university degree, or equivalent work experience required and banking qualifications
Lean Black Belt Certification
