My client is seeking an Investment Banking Manager to join their team in Dubai

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Run transactions on a day to day basis independently under the supervision of a Partner
• Financial modelling and deal documentation experience (Info Memorandums, Placement memorandum drafting)
• Able to relate to a fast paced and direct front office environment.
• Able to deal with clients and understand key requirements/scope to convert to transaction parameters
• Sector agnostic, with wide variety of transaction experience, specifically mid-market - $20-$200mil deals. $bn deals in big teams not preferred.
• Used to working in an entrepreneurial high paced environment and interacting at senior level

Candidates must be ACCA or CFA qualified and have a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience. Big 4 experience preferred. Due to the nature of the role, candidates must have experience working in the UK market. The client is happy to relocate candidates from the UK with relevant UK work experience.
