To implement operational risk management policies, framework and component guidelines across WBG in order to ensure operational risk activities are complied with as required by group operational risk management
ACCOUNTABILITIES Risk Management
Manage risk control self-assessment (RCSA) program for WBG business Units; test relevant controls, collect data for existing KIs, monitor KIs against benchmarks in order to ensure any breaches are escalated to businesses for their comments and improvements
Update SWORD in order to ensure accurate records are maintained
Business Continuity Plan
Implement business continuity plan across WBG at the pre-defined intervals in order to ensure compliance
Operational Loss Data Process
Maintain operational loss data records to ensure completeness, accuracy and comprehensiveness of loss data
Analyse operational losses in collaboration with business owners in order to identify underlying causes
Develop and monitor action plans to ensure appropriate actions are implemented to mitigate further losses
Reporting
Report all operational risk breaches, shortcomings, non-compliances to line manager in order for these to be reviewed and appropriate remedial action taken
Relationship Management
Liaise with BORM ensure timelines set for operational risk activities are complied with as required by group operational risk management
Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures
Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders

Manage self in line with the bank's people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own contribution to business performance
Customer Service

REQUIREMENTS EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience At least 5 years of experience in banking including 3 years of experience in a operational-risk or compliance
