We are now recruiting for a Customer Service Representative- UAE National
The incumbent will be responsible for providing support to existing Clients with standard information and operating procedures. They will also liaise with the Relationship Managers on assisting with the walk in customers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction levels by providing accurate and timely information to the customers. Continually strive to achieve perfection in documentation & information being relayed to customers.
- Ensure complete knowledge on various products and services which are offered primarily by Business Banking
- Forward all requests received through email from RMs and various internal departments, Liaise with various internal departments with regards to the approval process and take issues to logical conclusions.
- Should have experience in documentation
Required Skills: - 2-3 years of similar experience
- Fluency in English & Arabic
- Excellent Team Player
