We are looking for a hardworking and tenacious technical Oil & Gas Recruiter to join our successful Oil & Gas team in Dubai, who has a proven track record in delivering excellent results in the Middle East.
You will be responsible for 180 recruitment in which you will be required to recruit for vacancies brought in by the Commercial Director. In this role you will also have the opportunity to develop your career to its full potential in a high performing team.
Key Responsibilities: - Creation of vacancies on One Touch
- Upload vacancies on Hays.com website, Hays country website, relevant job boards and LinkedIn if applicable
- Search Hays global database, job boards and LinkedIn for potential candidates
- Shortlist candidates against client requirements
- Telephone or face-to-face interview with shortlisted candidates
- Verify experience and qualifications
- Arrange interviews for candidates
- Process successful candidates through One Touch
- Prepare leads from candidate CVs for business development
REQUIREMENTS The successful applicant will also need to be:
- Highly motivated and sales driven with a proven track record in technical Oil & Gas recruitment
- Confident to establish new relationships
- Ambitious to achieve results and progress your career
- Advanced level of both spoken and written English skills are a necessity
