Reponsibilities:
- Motivate and develop team members while ensuring adherence to the overarching architectural design principles and holding team members responsible for their work
- Deep knowledge of the design of BI solutions, including knowledge of modern reporting tools, namely QlikView, QlikSense, MS BI, Power BI
- Deep methodical knowledge about on tools and methodologies to create BI solutions
- Develop the BI roadmap and align it with all relevant stakeholders
- Set the overarching design principles for the bank's BI applications and set architectural guardrails for the BI solution architects
- Translating features and business requirements into BI solutions
- To ensure comprehensiveness design, project & process documentation
- Implement best practices in code documentation & maintain version history across code managed throughout data platforms
- Manage, mentor, motivate and develop the team of BI solution architects
- Share standards and collaborate on enhancing application and different

- Work with the wider infrastructure team to ensure consistency of the deliverables.
- Lower the product TCO by driving efficiency and looking for innovative alternatives
Skills Requirements: - Relevant Certification
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics & Data Warehouse
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Banking & Finance industry
- Experience in engagement with multiple management levels across technical users and business units
- Agility in delivery
- At least 5 years of working experience using modern reporting platform such as Microsoft BI, Power BI, QlikView and QlikSense in both an analytical and development capacity.
- Strong desire to integrate modern BI solutions and Hadoop based technologies
- Demonstrate a visionary mindset when designing and implementing solutions to ensure a scalable, efficient, and accurate BI solution
- Should have excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- Strong analytical and innovative thinking skills
- Strategic Thinking with Research and Development mindset.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to articulate BI and analytics needs and benefits to senior level leadership both in the business and IT
