Head of Facilities Management for a Healthcare organisation based in Abu Dhabi
Our Client is a Healthcare provider located in Abu Dhabi, due to expansion a new role has been created for a Head of Facilities Management.
You will oversee all of the FM and Asset Management functions of the business. As Director you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance to senior management, supervising operation of health care systems buildings and ground and oversee projects and construction.
REQUIREMENTS - To be considered you will have at least 15 years experience within FM and have experience managing complex, multi sites
- A minimum of 10 years hands on FM experience is required
- Candidates must have significant management experience with strategic budgetary responsibility;
- HSE qualifications / diplomas are an advantage
- Arabic speaking candidates are preferable for this position.
