Overview: Huxley is currently working with a well renowned bank that is on the lookout for a Head of International Branches Compliance.
Job Purpose: To support the International Branches, rep offices and subsidiaries ("IB") compliance functions and oversee management of Compliance risks across all international locations and to provide guidance to the IB on application of Group Compliance policies and procedures.
Experience Required: Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Banking Industry
At least 7 years in compliance with exposure to global regulations and best in class compliance standards.
Excellent understanding of international Compliance and regulations.
Excellent project management skills. Strong interpersonal, people management and facilitation skills with good leadership skills.
Ability to generate ideas, think creatively, develop innovative solutions and build effective business relationships quickly.
Team player, able to meet tight deadlines and manage challenging workload.
Focused on driving tasks to completion with pace, whilst retaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
