The Organization:
Our client is an independent financial group offering a range of financial services to companies in South East Asia and the Middle East. The head office is in Singapore and the group has representative offices in Indonesia and the United Arab Emirates.
Duties & Responsibilities: For their office in Dubai, UAE, they are hiring a Senior Analyst with the following responsibilities:
- Prepare pitch books, teasers, financial models, and marketing documents (presentations, information memorandums, etc);
- Execute deals relating to raising debt and equity. There is also an element of M&A advisory;
- Source clients for raising capital;
- Analyse client requirements and propose solutions;
- Assist in the placement of deals with banks, funds, alternate lenders, and equity capital providers.
On the job training and mentoring will be provided to enhance and develop skill-set
Skills Skills & Competencies: - Knowledge of loan agreements, trade finance and project finance;
- Ability to work independently and also contribute as an effective team player;
- Commitment, dedication to work, and willingness to learn
Education & Qualifications:
- Master Degree in related finance field;
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in financial services, out of this a minimum of 3 years should have been in SME trade finance (working capital) banking or consulting;
- UAE experience is mandatory
