STG is seeking an Assistant Vice President to work directly with the Group Vice President in the implementation of new worldwide systems for the Department of State and other public sector clients. This $20M portfolio includes the enhancement and maintenance of major ERP implementationhat combine all phases of the design, development and implementation of the Oracle PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) application suite for more than 30,000 American's, 61,000 Foreign service National Staff and 17,000 Foreign Service officer annuitants. This solution provides the foundation for a shared service that is being marketed to other federal government organizations. The position requires ERP implementation experience in large scale commercial or public-sector environments as well as management of a diverse portfolio of financial services activities. This portfolio includes a wide range of financial services such as accounting, obligation and voucher processing, currency operations and compensation/payroll. Other activities include network and workstation support, data center operations, and System Assurance and Accreditation. All work will be performed at a secure government facility in Charleston, South Carolina and Bangkok, Thailand. Success in this role requires transformational leadership skills and the drive to assist in leading this organization through a period of transition and growth.
Minimum Qualifications: - 15-20 years of progressive leadership in ERP implementations
- Ability to manage various implementation team activities working with the respective team leaders in data conversion, system administration, interfaces, development, reports and queries, testing, documentation and program management

- Experience participating in various business development activities such as RFP analysis, proposal writing, orals and contract initiation
