Responsibilities - Provide legal advice and support to the business
- Collaborate with the Head of Legal to establish legal policies
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts & other legal documents
- Liaise with external authorities
Skills - Must be 5+ PQE
- Must be Common Law qualified
- Must have experience working in a leading bank or law firm
- Must have experience working in transactional banking
- Must have excellent drafting and technical skills
- Ideally be based in the region
