Sales Support Assistant I (Customer Sales Support)

Overview - Minimum 3-5 years Customer Service experience to include but not limited to processing time sensitive orders that involve working w/ labs, purchasing, carriers, and various other departments.
- 1-2 years previous account management experience and/or technical support supporting sales and/or field services organization.
Responsibilities - Support field Account Managers and their customers in the territory.
- Renew standing orders using Salesforce.com and contacting customers directly.
- Build solid relationships with customers and Account Managers.
- Heavy email correspondence and phone calls.
- Process orders, credits, and debits.
- Research and resolve pricing, shipping inquires, and inventory.
- Reporting from BA - Invoice, history, open orders, and reserve.
Qualifications - Self-starter/ Positive attitude. Attention to detail.
- Able to work collaboratively across departments at various levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, organizational skills; ability to gain and comprehend product knowledge.
- Strong Microsoft skills, Windows, Word, Excel.
- Ability to navigate through systems. SAP and Salesforce.com experience a plus.
- Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality - demonstrate the ability to work independently and as a team to reach mutual team goals.
