Dubai based investment banking and corporate advisory group with strong deal flow seeking an experienced investment banker to join their expanding team.
Pedigree pulls mandates, and this energetic and enjoyable firm has very strong leadership with long experience in the Middle East, strong contacts and global experience ranging from London's City to Souel's Yeouido. As a result, deal flow has remained strong and the firm has attracted a range new and exciting infrastructure mandates.

As a result they need high calibre and self-motivated people that can think on their feet, react commercially and take decisions, rather than expect to be spoon fed your daily duties in a robotic and process driven culture.
We are looking to add an associate to their team and the individual must possess the following:
Essential to be considered:
- Must have at least two years experience of a total of a minimum of five working directly on corporate finance advisory projects; eg M&A, ECM or DCM mandates.
- Will have worked at a level of seniority where you can play point on a deal, managing the modelling, dealing with client queiries, developing IMs etc etc.
- Must have very developed skills in valuations modelling.
- Must be commercially aware, ie to come from a client meeting and be able to turn a commercial situation into a credible action plan.
Advantageous:
- Will be a Chartered Accountant (CA), a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
- Direct experience of Middle Eastern transactions
