About The Role: We are currently looking to recruit a Collections Executive to work from our Dubai based operations. You will be responsible for collection of due payments from customers, to facilitate a high level of cash-flow and minimize overdue debt.
Main Responsibilities: Achieve the monthly cash-collection targets; religious follow ups via phone/emails; Prepare SOA for debtors on monthly basis; Prepare Summary invoices, support material or similar as per customers’ requests.
About You The Successful candidate in this role will have 3-4 years’ hardcore experience in collections in banking/car rental industry , dealing with collection of payments, complicated sales or similar.
Methodic systematic approach to the day to day tasks is essential, so we are looking for someone who is driven by an eager to attend to details and customers in a professional manner. You must be confident in dealing with complex database handling on Excel.
Ability to speak and read Arabic will be added plus but not essential.
