For daytoday processing in compliance with the Law Regulations internal procedures and timelines related to these service

Job Requirements:

To prepare memo in line with the documents related to Payments Cancellation Deposits Retention transfer on deposits and ensure timely processing Forwarding the documents to LGD for translation

PreparingUpdating project wise excel sheets daily Ensure all exceptions are escalated approved and ratified Ensure customer queries are responded within the timelines and confidentiality maintained

Quick adaptability understanding of new initiatives or any changes in the existing process related to Escrow Services Support Business units operationally ensuring customer satisfaction by transactions getting processed within timelines and error free Providing clarifications seeking clarifications to and from internal external customers for smooth completion of the transaction

Ensure transactions processed within the processes outlined laws and regulations related to Real Estate Escrow Commercial Escrow Owners Association Escrow

Additional Details:

Should atleast be a Graduate

Minimum 1 years Banking experience

Conversant of working on Microsoft Office
