Job Description: Required a Road Construction Engineer in Leading Road contracting company in Ummu Al Quwain, UAE. Candidate must be available in UAE. Suitable candidates send CV's.
Responsibilities: -Managing whole road construction projects.
-Setting out sites and organizing facilities.
-Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
-Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
-Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager.
-Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
-Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
-Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials.
-Procurement Knowledge
-Should have execution knowledge and equipment used in
-Should have good knowledge about road construction (macadam laying, prime coat mc70, tact coat, wearing course) and it's standards
-Should have good knowledge in ducting pipe, storm water
-Needs to manage the workers and sub-contractors
-Should have good knowledge in road works
Skills Skills: Software Knowledge; Autocad, MS Office and related software (Primavera preferable)
B- Tech Graduate in Civil Engineering
Monthly Salary Range: Negotiable
