The HT Group is partnering with one of Austin's top companies in search for a friendly, professional Administrative/Office Assistant. We are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of recent experience in an Administrative role.
Administrative Assistant
Full time: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
$14-16/hour DOE
Responsibilities - Provide administrative and secretarial support for executives and their department
- Schedule travel, meetings, and office events
- Develops, maintains, and updates filing system, and retrieves information when needed.
- Answer and transfer incoming calls in a friendly manner
- Copying check requests and sending to accounts payable travel reimbursement, documenting corporate credit card expenses to corporate finance
- Types and designs general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc.
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent, but Bacheloregree preferred
- One year of administrative experience minimum
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skill
- The upmost attention to detail and organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and other CRM/ERP software
- Ability to type 40+ WPM
