Purpose & Scope: HOD Installation is responsible for discipline specific supervision and guidance on all design, engineering and technical matters, monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with established programs and procedures, safeguarding technical integrity and corporate commercial interests. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing discipline specific supervision and guidance on all design.
- Ensuring proper manning levels, and allocating personnel to meet the workload as per the schedule.
- Ensure technical accuracy, quality and timely issuance of lifting and installation engineering related deliverables (documents & drawings, as required) during the construction and installation phase of offshore projects.
- Ensuring adherence to company procedures, client specifications, guidelines, international codes and standards.
Skills Required Minimum Requirement:
- Degree in Civil / Structural or Mechanical Engineering Discipline.
- Minimum of 13 years' experience in Lifting studies/ drawings of heavy offshore structures, design of Installation Aids.
- Conversant with Offshore Industry related guidelines, codes and regulations.
- Proven supervisory track record in mega size EPC Projects
- Planning & organizing skills
