DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List job activities descriptively in reference to methods of conduct and minimum performance standards)
Key Responsibilities: 1. Review quantities calculated for procurement.
2. Approve bid comparisons prepared by quantity surveyors.
3. Review and approve order letters, LOI/ LOA, subcontract agreement.
4. Approve payment submissions made to engineers.
5. Approve quantity verification statements made to subcontractors.
6. Review variation orders logs made in Excel, client payments, subcontractor payment summary, subcontractor OL/ LOI/ LOA/ SA.
7. Draft all commercial letters and EOT notices.
8. Review variation order notices and claims.
9. Approve differences listed between contracts and IFC drawings.
10. Approve RFI/ CVI/ Shop drawings, other specifications, value engineering initiatives, VO calculations and submissions.
11. Attend meetings with subcontractors and clients and liaise with Project Manager and site staff when required.
12. Prepare EOT claims and full submissions.
13. Ad-hoc duties as and when required by the Management.

14. Plan and operate all tasks and duties within the framework of the Company's/ Department's annual budget target.

15. Use internal and external client feedback for eliminating potential sources of problems regarding quality and environmental and Health and Safety issues with products and services.
