Project Manager
Summary: Manage the planning of multiple projects across a range of building types such as Hotels, Highrise, Mixed use and Residential, covering all aspects, such as design, procurement, construction, relating to building projects from the feasibility to completed construction stage.
Skills Responsibilities: Manage and execute multiple strategic projects
Provide support and direction to the team and project staff
Engage stakeholders across various functions/seniorities and participate in project steering committees and provide them with timely status updates
Provide guidance during the various project lifecycles and subject matter expertise input
Plan, manage and track project delivery milestones, resources, timeline and budget
Identify and manage project dependencies and escalate critical situations where appropriate
Accountable for putting in place structured Project Management governance and framework
Act in accordance with industry/professional ethics maintaining professionalism at all time
Contribution and effort are aligned to organisational objectives
Comply with all company HSE systems and procedures relevant to the role, in accordance with local documented HSE responsibilities and accountabilities. No work-related injuries, illnesses or adverse environmental outcomes due to an incorrect or inadequate application of systems or procedures.
Participate in performance development discussions with manager initiating and managing own personal development with all CPD requirements met
Work cooperatively and collaboratively willingly accepting the share of the workload and helping others when required
