One of our leading clients is seeking Vice President Projects (Onshore) for United Arab Emirates (long term and permanent project).
Job Description: Responsible for the management, direction and co-ordination of all project resources, on mega-sized projects, in order to ensure that construction meets all client contractual requirements in the most cost effective and efficient manner.
Requirements: - Bachelor degree in Engineering
- 20+ years’ experience in Project Management in oil/gas EPC industry for ONSHORE Projects
- Experience on large onshore projects with complete EPC projects cycle exposure
- Must have at least 5 years’ experience at VP level and followed by Project Director/Senior Project Manager/Project Manager
- Middle East experience is preferred (present or past)
- Strong commercial awareness and cost effectiveness
- Strong negotiating and influencing attributes
- High standard of written and spoken English
- Good report writing skills
- High order of communication skills
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Natural decision maker & leader with Right attitudes
- Ability to manage operations with a diverse multicultural, multinational workforce
- Excellent Team player
