We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Plant Room Operator.
Duties and responsibilities: - Familiarize him/herself with the design and layout of all Plant Room Installation in the building. Obtain understanding of operating procedures related to such.
- Follow the shift duties as per department duty roster, must be flexible with scheduling.
- Ensure update of boiler Log & plant log books and related check list.
- Installs, repairs and maintains Electro- mechanical equipment ref. to PPM guidelines.
- Performs tasks of rebuilding panels, trouble shootouts, replacing worn parts and accomplishing other major repairs to the machineries.
- Perform safe operation methods and procedures in trouble shooting of all electro-mechanical system.
- Provides solutions, answers questions, and makes recommendations when needed.
- Report any unusual finding or safety hazards immediately to the DOE / ADOE.
- Able to perform multi-skilled task whenever required.
- Ability to establish good working relationships with other technical and maintenance personnel.
Requirements: - ITI or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years yrs. previous experience in operating and maintaining of boilers and related equipment in the hospitality industry or equivalent experience
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
