Define manufacturing problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Evaluate and implement existing concepts and best-in-class manufacturing techniques
Present improvement plans in detail with cost, time, and benefits
Ensure proposed solutions achieve desired quality and reliability levels
Work on innovative and improvement projects using data driven approach
Assess current state of value stream, customer expectations and business priorities and deliver favorable results expected by senior management
Ability to work with various hierarchy levels and produce results

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering
Ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives within budget, resource and time constraints
Strong analytical skills and problem solving experience
Strong emphasis on data drive approach - Use of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Very strong communication, facilitation and leadership skills
Minimum of 2 years related experience
