Responsibilities Wood is currently looking to recruit a PMC Document Controller to be based in client office on ADNOC Offshore project. Successful candidate must have responsible to:
Must have executed major oil and gas projects as the Document Controller for FEED / detailed engineering with an engineering contractor / PMC organization
Must have independently handled all aspects of Project documentation utilizing various document control practices and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
Must be capable to prepare, operate and update document control procedures
Must be capable of developing document distribution matrices, document achieving, filing
practices
Must be familiar with all types of engineering and Project documents in the industry, in particular, their discipline ownership and relevance, processes such as generation, review / checking, revision
/ updates
Must be familiar with electronic heavy document and data transmission means and practices
Skills / Qualifications Minimum ten years’ experience in Major Oil and Gas projects in similar position
Graduate in any discipline / Diploma in Document Management
