-Reviews contract documents, designs and drawings brief for Design-Build Projects and highlight any deficiency in the consultant proposal and/ or in compliance with Authorities Regulations and requirements.
-Prepares detailed architectural design drawings as per Authorities requirements.
-Following and checking preparation of the Project's architectural shop drawings and modify the same as per site, Authorities and client/consultant requirements/ instructions.
-Develops Concept Design for Design-Build projects based on project's requirements and in accordance with relevant Authorities' regulations.
-Communicate with Client/ Consultant/ Authorities for obtaining necessary Approvals/ NOC's for ongoing projects until getting the final approval.
-Reviews Sub-Contractors'/ Suppliers' Shop Drawings and coordinate to receive the final drawings and approve it in coordination with Engineering Manager.
-Prepares Perspectives/ Renderings/ 3D's as required by the Company.
-Coordinates the Projects design drawings with Structural/ Architectural/ MEP disciplines and highlights discrepancies to the concerned departments.
-Attends meetings with the clients, subcontractors, Authorities, and suppliers.
-Keeps abreast with Authorities Regulations/ requirements in relation Town Planning/ UPC/ Municipalities, etc., as applicable on Company projects in coordination with Engineering Manager
-Create and develop special CAD system for the company to achieve the International Standards for drawings representation.
-Prepares manuals for Authorities Regulations/ requirements in the Emirates where Company have projects and updates as necessary and get Engineering Manager approval before proceeding.
