WorleyParsons is currently looking to recruit a Integrity Management Specialist – PMC to be based in Baroda, India who will be overlooking the EPC contractor.
Primary Objective
· Acquire goods and services at the lowest possible total end user cost to WorleyParsons and its Clients considering safety, price, service, quality and delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities · Specialist with strong emphasis on risk management, quality management, technical audit, arbitration and integrity assurance verification with Maintenance & operations background.
· Must be able to prepare technical guidelines and standards related to Oil & Gas project design standards, coordinate with third party inspection plans review and analyse various certificates, coordinate PMC integrity activities, Maintenance, Corrosion an Inspection, Asset Integrity management for wells and facilities.
· Ensures the proper technical solutions are provided by applying new techniques and new technologies on selection of the most reliable safe, cost effective materials, corrosion mitigation, inspection, rotating equipment, testing and protective systems.
· Develop systems and tools to monitor and report asset integrity production availability and maintenance optimization and set plan with close coordination with the asset. Support maintenance optimization initiatives, lead technical issues including failure investigation, audits and initiate task force related to corrosion, maintenance and integrity issues
Qualifications: Essential Skills and Experience - B.Sc. or Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent
- 15 to 20 years' experience with 10 years minimum experience in oil & gas production &processing, petrochemical, and other hydrocarbon related projects.
- For site based positions previous construction
- Experience on Brown Field area is mandatory.
- Gulf experience is preferable.
- PMC experience and Onshore Upstream projects
