WorleyParsons is currently looking to recruit a Lead Electrical Engineer – PMC to be based in Abu Dhabi to be EPC contractor office
Primary Objective
· Acquire goods and services at the lowest possible total end user cost to WorleyParsons and its Clients considering safety, price, service, quality and delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities · Must have executed similar projects for FEED & detailed engineering with an engineering contractor/consultant organisation. Proficiency in handling EPC Contractors for similiar projects is mandatory.
· He shall have proven ability in to check the work of EPC Contractor.
· Participation with real contribution during performance of optimisation studies is anticipated by owner for this position.
· Familiarity with Operating & Control philosophy as well as various control systems & subsystems to be employed is essential.
· In addition, familiarity with equipment packages as well as co-ordination experience is mandatory.
· He shall have handled EPC Contractor and developed their deliverables.
Qualifications: We are hiring Lead Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 15 years' overall experience (which must include significant Detailed Engineering and EPC experience) that are ready to work in UAE for EPC Evaluation and Award and then later phases.
- Engineering degree is must.
- 15 years minimum relevant experience in oil and gas production and processing /petrochemicals and other hydrocarbons projects in similar field.
- Detailed Engineering and EPC experience is mandatory
- Downstream and Greenfield project experience is required
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English is required.
- PMC experience is must.
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification (Chartered Engineer Preferable) with a minimum of 8 years industry experience
- 4 to 5 years project engineering experience on smaller projects with associated commercial and contractual experience
