Implement Quality control process sampling system, procedure and statistical technique.

Formulate or assist for implementing quality policies and procedures.

Organize and schedule work flow through the inspections schedules in Manufacturing.

Monitoring, reviewing and updating calibration status for all measuring instruments and gages.

Maintain/monitor the calibration gauges database and implement calibration related procedure.

Carry out in process, Self-audit and operator qualification audits.

Review of MTCs for the inventory/ purchased products as per customer/specification requirements.

Conducting 5 Why analysis/root cause and implement corrective actions.

Apply statistical process control (SPC)method for analyzing current process and process changes.

Logging and closing of NCR for both in house and supplier nonconformance in JDE and analysis the data for Implementing corrective actions.

Improve the Inspection process in line with lean six sigma methodology.

Investigate and quality incidents and implement the corrective actions.

Review and revise the Procedure and implement with recent procedure.

Perform another work-related task as assigned.

Carry out the final Inspection process of Rotors and stator.

Completion of final documentation along with shipment including Certificate of Conformance.

Comply with all Company and HSE policies & procedures.

Qualifications:

Degree in Mechanical /Production/Petroleum Engineering

Minimum 7 Years' experience in Oil and Gas Drilling Tools manufacturing process

Exposure to Oil field drilling tools and precision inspection process

Experience in Quality Control and Assurance process.

Exposure to Oil field drilling tools and precision inspection process

Good knowledge in Precision instrument inspection process

Experience in Quality Control and Assurance process.

Strong professional communication skills in read, speak and writing in English language.

Ability to work with the team and positive attitude.

ASNT Level II certification minimum in MPI or LPT

Excellent communication skills in English

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of 7 QC tools and 5S
