Job Purpose Interprets and reviews technical requirements for surface equipment and systems. Provides technical product support and guidance through project life cycle from tender phase through design, manufacture, assembly, test and installation.
Experience Requirements - Generally 6-8 years of relevant industry experience.
- Detail knowledge of Controls & Automation and general awareness of overall Surface business and systems.
- Sound understanding of Engineering practices, design methods & calculations.
- Ability to read, interpret & prepare applicable technical information & suggest design or process changes to ensure functional and cost effective results.
- Must have the drive and initiative to independently communicate, gather information and make sound engineering decisions.
- Able to work independently and interface with multiple stakeholders in a fast paced project environment.
Educational Requirements
BSc or MSc in Engineering Oil and Gas
