Job description BGB Security Devices Equipment Trading L.L.C, a company that specializes in Security Systems as installing and commissioning CCTV and access control systems is looking for a Project Manager.
Responsibilities: - In-charge of the operation of technical department which including daily operations, project management, technical supports and services, routine maintenance and other to the company key accounts;
- Effectively lead a team of technical personnel to achieve timely delivery, fulfill high customer satisfactions.
- Effectively implementation of projects regardless the size of job scope with minimum budget with high quality of works.
- Planning of human resources require from time to time to optimized efficiency from the team to cater for the projects on hand.
- Planning, keeping and monitoring of stocks required for the project.
- Effective planning and sourcing of stock and material locally
- Provide system engineering and design support services in collaboration with HQ personnel in order to implement project timely and effectively.
- Review and improve work processes of the team from time to time to achieve high efficiencies and quality of works.
- Possible of job posting to other country other than United Arab Emirates on management discretion if required.
Skills: Experience in dealing project running and installation across MENA region.
Strong Personality with Good Team Leading Skills.
Excellent Management and Interpersonal Skills.
Able to understand and implement project management strategy.
Thorough Knowledge of MENA IT markets
Arabic Speaking is an advantage
