Job Purpose & Scope Supervises the operations of Oil and Gasfacilities and coordinates with CCR to Ensure Productions Operations Changesare carried out according to ADMA-OPCO rules and regulations effectively andsafely.
Principal Accountabilities Controlsand monitors field processes parameters globally through VDU/OIS and takessuitable actions to avoid plant upsets. Achieve Oil and Gas productions and gas injections targets and followsup new projects.
Followsup and implements ADMA-OPCO HSEMS programs including ISO 14001, OHSAS-18001 andRisk Management. Executes and implements permit to works system in OGO Plantsas per safety regulations.
Directscontrols and supervises the activities of OGO Productions facilities, includingstarting up/ shutting down of plants, first line maintenance, gas injectionmonitoring, pressure control and housekeeping.
Preparesdaily reports, weekly agenda and outlook, monthly trip reports and running hourdata. Prepares weekly chemical, oil and consumable stock inventory and order asrequired.
Monitorsand supervises Plant Housekeeping, arranges to back load the waste material andused N2 cylinders. Monitors and coordinates with maintenance/ integrity sectionto carry out machine inspection as required.
Supervisesthe operations and updates critical plant conditions to MZKWO. Issues hot, coldand entry work permits for all routine and planned maintenance works with complianceto HSE regulations.
Carriesout safely surveys with Safety Engineer and reports and actions on thedeficiencies. Issues material requests, work requests and work orders using theMaximo system.
Transfersand job training for juniors/ UAE Nationals. Follows up contractors’performance and ensures compliance with ADMA OPCO safety regulations.
Monitorsand supervises oil and gas plants operating conditions, the startup/ shutdownof the plant and ensures that Operguid procedures are strictly implemented.
Monitorsand coordinates with Field Production Supervisor gas injection well head towersmeet the daily gas injection targets.
SupervisesCSP, GG II and GIP/CGIP plants operations and maintenance activities includingstartup/ shutdown of compressor trains, adjusting chemical injection rates andgas import/ export quality monitoring.
Ensuresadherence, awareness and compliance of all workforces to Company’s Safetyregulations, Standards, Procedures and Standing Instructions. Ensure safetyequipment in OGO plants are kept in proper operating conditions. Works in line with HSE policy and ensure awareness andcompliance of HSE rules and regulations by subordinates.
Qualification & Experience Bachelor’sDegree in Petroleum/ Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering discipline or equivalent.
5 - 6 years’ experience in an offshore oilfieldproduction / processing operation with computer operations knowledge. Very good knowledge of written and spoken English.
